These terms govern your use of injewelry.be, operated by IN Jewelry, an independent jeweler based at 59 Vestingstraat, 2018 Antwerpen, Belgium. By using this site, booking an appointment, or purchasing a piece, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
IN Jewelry is a family atelier in Antwerp founded in 1989. All pieces are handcrafted in Belgium. You can reach us at info@injewelry.be or +32 3 225 19 48.
2. Products & pricing
Every piece is unique. Photographs are representative; because our jewelry is handmade, small variations in stones, weight and finish are inherent to the craft. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include Belgian VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice; the price confirmed in writing at the time of order is the price you pay.
3. Bespoke commissions
Bespoke pieces require a signed brief and a deposit before work begins. Because these pieces are made to order, deposits are non-refundable once production has started. We share sketches and CAD renderings for approval at each stage.
4. Payments
We accept card, bank transfer and, in the boutique, cash within Belgian legal limits. Ownership of a piece passes to you only once full payment has been received.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — photographs, designs, text — is the property of IN Jewelry and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited under Belgian consumer law. For everything else, our liability is limited to the value of the piece concerned.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
