When you contact us, book an appointment, or subscribe to the journal, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. For orders, we also collect billing and delivery details and payment confirmation data. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare appointments, fulfil orders, provide aftercare, and send the newsletter you subscribed to. We rely on your consent for marketing communications and on legitimate interest or contract performance for everything else.
Who we share it with
